Blair's Jungle Den

Blair's is perfectly appointed on the St. John's River, known as The Bass Capitol of the World, between The Lake George State Forest and The Ocala National Forest. This American Hertage river has a rich history and is known for its excellent largemouth bass, bream and crappie fishing. The surrounding forests offer excellent opportunities for hunting deer, turkey and wild hogs. Selecting guides and outfitters for your adventure is our specialty. Close by is the opportunity to see how we lived in days gone by at the Pioneer Settlement in Barberville. Plus, Stetson University and the Downtown Merchants in Deland make for a fun and different kind of adventure whether you're shopping, dining, or taking in any number of museums. Like to golf? Ask us about nearby courses too! If tennis is your game, the USTA is located just before arriving in Daytona. Thirty minutes to the east are the famous Daytona Beaches and home to NASCAR. To the west thirty minutes visit Ocala and Silver Springs with her famous glass bottom boats. Orlando and all major theme parks are southwest 90 minutes. But the magic doesn't stop there, as the Kennedy Space Center is also 90 minutes to the southeast. Return to our riverfront motel or RV Park for a quiet and peaceful end to your day.
