Taste Your Way Across America During CoolCraft American Summer

Your coast-to-coast tasting adventure starts in West Volusia.

From June 26 through September 7, Celebrate America 250 one sip at a time during CoolCraft American Summer, a patriotic beverage competition inspired by the people, places, flavors, and traditions of the United States. Twenty-three local breweries, coffee shops, tea companies, restaurants, and cocktail lounges have each selected a state and crafted a beverage inspired by its culture, history, landscapes, or iconic flavors.

Whether you're craving a tropical escape to Hawaii, a mountain-inspired sip from Colorado, a sweet taste of Tennessee, or a bold coffee creation inspired by Alaska, there's an American adventure waiting in every glass.

CoolCraft American Summer Beverage Competition

Participating CoolCrafters have created beverages in two categories:

Spirited

Craft beers, cocktails, and specialty drinks for those seeking a spirited adventure.

Free Spirited

Coffee creations, teas, frozen treats, milkshakes, and other alcohol-free beverages perfect for all ages.

No matter which route you choose, every stop offers a new story and a new state to explore.

Vote for Your Favorites

The competition wouldn't be complete without a little friendly rivalry.

As you taste beverages throughout the summer, you'll have the opportunity to vote for your favorite Spirited and Free Spirited creations at coolcrafttrail.com/summer. At the end of the competition, one business in each category will earn the coveted CoolCraft Summer trophy and year-long bragging rights.

New this year, visitors can pick up an official CoolCraft ballot passport at participating locations or the West Volusia Visitor Center. Use it to track your tasting journey and plan your route across West Volusia. Guests who return their completed ballot by September 7 will receive a commemorative CoolCraft Summer "Made in America" bumper sticker while supplies last.
