The Old Settlers’ Society: Oakdale Cemetery Walk

Celebrate DeLand’s 150th anniversary with the West Volusia Historical Society’s annual Oakdale Cemetery Walk. This special sesquicentennial edition highlights the members of the Old Settlers’ Society — the early pioneers who arrived before 1876 and laid the foundation for our community’s first businesses, churches, and schools.

Guests will follow the historic paths of Oakdale Cemetery as costumed interpreters portray DeLand’s founders through engaging, story-driven performances.
