The Christmas Mansion is back for the 2025 Holiday Season

Ranked #1 Christmas Display in Florida by USA Today

The iconic Christmas Mansion, better known as the Stetson Mansion, will reopen for the 2025 holiday season starting November 1, 2025. It will showcase 10 elaborately themed rooms filled with magical Christmas decor until January 18, 2026.

Recently named USA Today’s #1 Christmas Display in Florida and #2 in the nation, the Gilded Age estate offers guided and self-guided tours that immerse visitors in themes such as Walking In A Winter WonderlandSilver & Gold, and O Come All Ye Faithful.

Built in 1886 by famed hat maker John B. Stetson, the mansion is Florida’s only Gilded Age home and the first in the state with Edison electricity, steam heat, and indoor plumbing. It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places and remains TripAdvisor’s #1 Landmark Tourist Attraction in Florida since 2014.

New this year: The mansion will feature an on-site sandwich area for visitors to enjoy lunch amid the festivities.

“Each year, the Stetson Mansion is meticulously designed to create a magical holiday experience,” said owner Kayla Jennings. “We’re honored to return for 2025 and share this historic treasure with guests from around the world.”

Located in West Volusia County, between Orlando and Daytona Beach, the mansion is part of a region rich with natural beauty, award-winning restaurants, and historic charm — including nearby Downtown DeLand, voted America’s BEST Mainstreet.
